Went in their with my father today. Was called to the counter by a young girl, tall dark brown hair in a pony tail. I said that I would like to look at the muriano glass charms and that I was just looking today not buying. She was slightly off so she went and got the charms. I looked at them and said that I was not sure and would think about it and of I wanted them I would come back another day as she was very off. As I said thank you and walked out she slamed her little tray across the counter and said "fine" rather abruptly and went off in a strip dispute how polite I was. I feel the jewlery is lovely and next time will be going to another Pandora shop where staff actually care about their customers.

I am really disappointed after my visit today. The staff hasn't been bothered by help me at all they were more interested about chatting with friends and each other.after long minutes of walking around one of them offered some help and after i explained what i am looking for she showed me where they are keeping the earrings and left. I love Pandora products anyway but I'm not sure if i want to go back to this store.
