First time visiting this hotel. I thought the room was a bit small but hey, I'm only. Sleeping there anyway! Nice decor and the shower was good - a big impact on scores in my book. The breakfast was very nice and good to have plum tomatoes with my full english yum yum bubble gum
Service was good. Staff friendly. Food tasty but a little too "fancy" for me. A little bit more expensive for a Christmas meal than other places.
We had our monthly supper club dinner here tonight. Great service, good tasty food served hot and in a timely manner. We had a great evening in tastefully decorated surroundings. Thanks to thd staff for your hard work. We will definitely come back again.
There for a Birthday party. Dinner was excellent, highly recommend the steak. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Food very good but reasonably expensive. Rabbit terrine moist and lots of flavour. Pan fried hake on potato risotto interesting; hake very tasty and well cooked, risotto a little rich and salty. Puds were good and wine around the 20 quid mark. Service interesting. Generally good but touches of Fawlty Towers here and there but eccentric rather than bad!
