I had my initial appointment with Matt in December last year, since when he has provided helpful advice and exercises for self help to support the treatment he provides. He has a very professional attitude in his work and has certainly helped me with the problems I have with my lower back and knee.

Could not have had a nicer person to help me with a neck problem I had. After a few sessions my neck (which was very painfully and hardly able to move) started to improve and at the end was back to normal. Matthew explained everything in plain english and I would not hesitate to go back if I have any problems.
