Awful service! Unhelpful Asian man who tries to over-charge every time I go there to post a parcel. He has NO IDEA of parcel size/measurement allowances. He said I have to pay 6.05 for a large parcel when the parcel measured 16 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm & weighed 1 kilo !! THIS IS A SMALL PARCEL !! & costs 3.95 (2nd class signed for service) About time the powers that be, did a few checks on this place!!

After arriving at the post office at 4:15 needing to get my new car taxed that I had just bought.I found myself being asked to leave at 5pm as they were closing with my vehicle tax not completed.They are completely incompetent and made me call the dvla repeatedly as they could not work out how to tax my vehicle.I was accused of stealing a bic biro when going outside to fill out the chassis number after a customer in the queue gave me a pen to use as they were most un helpful.They don't know which forms to use or that the dvla has an internal number for them to use if they have difficulty.The Asian manager is a rude, obnoxious and insanely disgusting mannered man and he took great pleasure in knowing that he might have caused me to be fined for not having tax.I was left having to drive my van home with no tax because of his actions.This morning I went to a different post office and it took no longer than a minute with the exact same documents.I would only go back here to brick the windows if I was that way inclined!!!!!
Asian guy is petty and unhelpful! Overcharged for a parcel not happy!
