I was charmed by Dan at Sawyers who was indeed the perfect salesman. He was considerate, knowledgable and very polished in his customer service. Sadly my purchase didn't materialise due to the owners deciding it was a rather fabulous place to live after all. I would recommend their service to anyone.

As young first time buyers we found Elliot really helpful. It was refreshing to have an estate agent that wasn't too pushy and didn't talk down to us and treat us as if we were stupid just because of our age. Overall we are very satisfied with the service!
Since 2014 my partner and I have been tenants at a property managed by Sawyers. Throughout this time we have always paid the rent on time, kept the property in good repair and got on well with neighbours. Now one of us wants to move out and requires a reference for the new landlord. In the first instance Sawyers declined to provide one. In the second instance they failed to return our calls. In the third instance one of their employees "Debbie" hung up on me. This firm used to be friendly and human. Nowadays they are like too many other letting agents: shark-eyed, money-grubbing spivs. Avoid.
I chose Sawyers to sell my leasehold flat recently and am very glad that I did. A buyer was found quickly at the full asking price. For various reasons to do with the lease the sale turned out to be more complicated than we anticipated and Dan and his team were really excellent in helping me through the whole process. Dan liaised with me, my solicitor, the purchaser's solicitor and the managing agents and kept me fully informed the whole time. He was always available by phone if I had any questions.I highly recommend Sawyers and will definitely return to them when I sell the next property in my portfolio.
