It's great. It's always great. Super cosy inside which is just what you need when it's -c outside and you want extremely tasty seafood. The burger was a bit of a let down though. The "patty" aka fish cake was super nice but the bread was a bad choice it wasn't strong enough to pick up the fillings and the tomato & lettuce were too cold - why do some restaurants do this? If you're making a burger make the salad room temp!
A cosy rustic seafood restaurant right on Worthing seafront. A small but delicious seaside menu (popcorn cockles, crispy squid, and dressed crab are the standouts for me) coupled with a nice range of drinks and desserts. Warm atmosphere and friendly staff. A Worthing gem.
Cute shabby interior that works well. Friendly service. Fish centric menu (obviously). Food was good but simple mainly fried. We had the mixed seafood special which at 16 I though was too pricy. Good but not great
Good food but portions too large. Best chips I have had in a cafe / restaurant. Service friendly and efficient. Crab sandwich made with mayonnaise, was really surprised and somewhat disappointed, don't remember it being described as such on the menu (but I may be mistaken). Don't visit UK that often and just wanted a plain crab sarnie! Bread was delicious though.
Wonderful place to have dinner, seafood menu, extremely tasty, and staff is so nice. The waiting for the food to be served was very short. And the prices are decent considering the special food they serve. Also, you can take away the food remaining if you wish. We will definitely return there.
