Sadly not what it was. When I went poor choice of AA shoes and had to search for them throughout shop. So much better when they were all grouped together. Very helpful but not much use bringing out all other widths when they will not fit. And a complete waste of time. My friends are of the same opinion. I had been a customer since the beginning but as to the future - maybe in desperation. This has also been mentioned to me in shoe shops locally when I have tried to find suitable shoes. The shop might have been old fashioned and needed a face lift but .... the rest worked
