Unfortunately today my friend and I went for the vintage tea (very good) but had problems with Hydro pool. It was cold. They did not charge us for that part and have offered us a free hour each. They could have done with extra staff. All in all I would go back again. They were very apologetic

My colleague recommended this place and I must say it was a great suggestion! All staff are very good at what they do and are lovely. I've had my lash extensions and hair done here including cut and colour. They have 50% off hair for new customers at the moment so definitely make the most of that! Overall highly recommended.
This place is calming and completely takes you away from the hussle and bussle of real life; you completely forget where you are! The staff are lovely and accommodating, the facilities are good and the treatments amazing. I would definitely recommend
