Pre booked a taxi for new years eve about 3 weeks ago. very competitive price, and the taxi arrived on time, and on arrival at our home the fare was as quoted on the phone. Very pleased.
I booked Wortax Christmas Eve after specifically asking if it was double rate on the meter, I was told no, it is normal rate and therefore booked for 11:30pm, I mentioned this to the driver mid journey and he dropped me about 18 worth of the journey for 12! Thanks! Still got a 30 minute walk ahead!
Today I had an emergency. Was told to wait 10 mins. I waited outside my home with my baby in the car seat. I waited over 20min in the freezing weather. Never used them before and never will in the future
Taxi meant to be here at 650pm. I got a tx to say here but wasnt. I phoned at 705pm to be told it would be there now. I phoned again 715 and was told it was there but i wasnt and then when i argued it they suddenly had wrong address for me. Made me wait another 20 mins. Taxi finally arrived at 740pm. The driver was super grumpy too. Very poor service.
Outstanding service! Will ONLY be using this service from now on after being treated so badly from Arrow time and time again. Wortax from now on and very good pricing.
