Station ok staff helpful . The train disruptions are not their fault
Clean, popular station. Friendly staff.
They are having a few issues with the automated ticket machines nevertheless extremely helpful staff on hand to help as per usual.
I use West regularly, for my commute to work. I find the staff polite, respectful and at all times very professional. One young lady particularly stands out (not sure of her name). Whenever I buy my ticket from her, she is always very chatty, humorous and engaging, and goes out of her way to ensure that as a representative of Southern my travel experience gets off to the best start possible.
I have enquired frequently about information for e right ticket to get the best deal and have found the staff have been without fail superb in their helpfulness, and that's with each of the staff on duty. Thank you.
