Bought a ring for myself, but I didn't like it so decided to give it to my sister but she didn't want it either. Took it to another jewellers to sell, but he apologised as he asked me I I bought the ring from a teleshopping chanel due to the awful quality! Disgusted
Disgusted! Took a 90cm chain in to have a clasp repaired, (nothing wrong with the chain), it came back 79cm long! When I informed them of this, I was made to feel like a liar, they told me to come in and "prove" it! I asked them to contact me to tell me what they are going to do about it but I have had no response!The customer service is appalling and I now have a necklace that feels like it isn't mine!
Don't go near this crook. Tried to sell me gold at nearly 20% over spot.
