A lovely place to stay just outside of Worthing. It's probably a 15 to 20min walk from town. There's a place to park your car if you need to. The owner is lovely and cooks a lovely breakfast. He'll ask you when you arrive what you'll like and what time you want to come down. The beds were comfy and I had a lovely sleep.
Really good place to stay. Excellent breakfast, really comfortable beds and so clean it gleams ... but not in a clinical way - it's warm and comfy.

Nice guest house very clean very welcoming and the breakfast was spot on good location for every thing.
Compared to a hotel I recently had to use in the same area. Merton guest house has surpassed that hotel. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Shower in on suite has good pressure unlike hotel with grinding pump unit and a shower head that was blocked so it was just spraying mist. The proprietor is very helpful. Breast fast here are just the job. You'll get asked what you would like the night before for breakfast and you won't be disappointed. It sets you for the day. All in all its good value for a very nice stay. I have 10 years in the trade previous and I know how hard this business is and I can say that Merton guest house is doing it very well.
