Most people go into a pharmacy due to feeling unwel right? I went to this pharmacy today and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. There was a pharmacist and a assistant standing at the other counter. No eye contact, no acknowledgment, nothing. I was waiting to purchase some day nurse as I have a cold. Not a single person even said Ill be with you in a minute an elderly gentlemen walked in after I had been standing there all that time and they greated him with a smile and asked if he was ok!!! Absoulty disgusting customer service. I certainly will NEVER go there for anything. Ever again! Im not sure what I did to deserve to be COMPLELTY ignored!!
A wonderful pharmacy! The staff are always, kind, courteous and helpful. The shop is clean and tidy and it's a pleasure to collect my prescriptions from here.
