Everyone at this pharmacy is really helpful, only the other week I came out of a doctors appointment feeling very upset due to a diagnoses, however they were ready to help, they offered me a glass of water, and gave me somewhere private to sit. Whatever question or query I have, they are always ready to help. Despite them being busy they always have time for customers and have never made me feel rushed. My 95 year old neighbour gets her prescriptions delivered by Shelley pharmacy, and they are always so efficient, she can request something and it will arrive the next day, or if its urgent the same day! Fantastic service. Thank you for all you do.

I have been going to this pharmacy now for a good few years . The changes I have seen in it have been wonderful. Staff are friendly and always willing to help , as are the pharmacist. This is an extremely busy pharmacy . And I am very happy with service I receive .
Took a prescription in two and a half weeks ago. Collected yesterday only half there and pharmacistCouldnt have cared less bearing in mind it was asthma medication to be able to breath. Not helpful at all
What an amazing pharmacy. The staff are always courteous and efficient. The delivery service especially is always prompt and all the pharmacy staff are very accommodating and helpful. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and always offer help or if needed a referral to the GP. I will definitely be using this pharmacy for the foreseeable future, they top the big brands like Boots any day.
