If I had not found Homewise I would never have such a wonderful home, as I have now. From the moment I phoned then, they have been excellent to me, especially David, Rhonda and Hannah. Rhonda came to my home and told me, my sister and brother-in-law all about how Homewise worked. I had found a Home that I really loved a day before the meeting, and Rhonda phoned to start buying it at that moment. Hannah saw me through the sale and she was just like a wonderful friend. I was amazed at the wonderful service I had been given. Homewise has been he best thing that has happened to me in a long time.
I wanted to move near my children but was finding it difficult to find a nice flat due to high cost of property in this area.I was a little concerned about not owning all of my property but as I safeguarded a part of it my children will still get a nice lump sum when I die. And now the quality of my life is as I wanted thanks to Homewise. Everybody was very helpful . Rhonda came to see me to explain everything she was nice .Also can I just mention a young lady Hannah who kept me informed each week about proceedings.
If it was not for Homewise I would not have been able to afford my new home. I know this is my home for life, I am very happy here. Homewise were very helpful and making sure I understood the whole process. They kept in touch with me the whole way through the sales procedure. If there was any questions I needed answering they were there for me.I would highly recommend this company, if you are over 60.
I feel drawn to write a review about Homewise because I have read reviews from people who clearly have not had the experience of dealing with this Family run company. I have and I havenothing but praise for them. I had a traumatic time trying to sell my property in Spain and with the littlecapital I had left I knew I could never afford a lovely home of my own in the UK. Then I found Homewise - what relief - these wonderful people - the whole team were professional and caring, making my return to the UK and to my new lovely home of my own, stress free. I dont have the worry of renting and I feel so secure knowing I have my home for life - wonderful. Many thanks to Homewise.
