King and Chasemore WorthingBefore signing the contracts the agents promised -The gas/electric metres would be changed from prepay to regular connection.-The back overgrown garden would be cleared and prepared -That blinds or curtains (none in the house at all) could be fitted if a quote was provided for the landlord.Despite numerous phone calls some 5 weeks after having moved in, the meters have not been changed, the garden remains a jungle (in which were two dead rats were found) and there are no window coverings despite providing quotes weeks ago. This is happening in a property where it is known there are young children. Numerous telephone calls have been made to the branch and a detailed e-mail outlining the above sent to Louise on 20/09/18 over a week later there has been no contact and not even an acknowledgement of the e-mail.Poor does not even come close to describing the way that this situation is being handled by King and Chasmemore in Worthing.
