I have been using Leaders for several years now and have found the team exceptionally helpful. I now opt to have all my properties fully managed by Liam who is very thorough which makes things a lot easier for me. Leaders have always been good at avoiding void periods for my properties.

Lucy Hampton, who was my primary contact, was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Lucy took the time to understand my (somewhat interesting) circumstances, was always professional, never without a smile or positivity, and really listened to and ultimately identified a property that suited my needs.Although Lucy was the person I dealt with the most, all the other staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with were always professional, and also personable & likeable. I would not have any reservations in recommending them should anyone be requiring the support in finding their new home!
Suzy is amazing - she was so professional and made the whole process quite painless! I am looked after by Liam (I dont know his surname) who has really impressed me since I moved in last June.
