Majority of vets are very nice and caring towards animals. Have had to unfortunately put pets to sleep and it would be appreciated if staff were more caring at this time.
Thank you to all the staff who have supported our lovely Pomeranian Leo over the last 8 years. He was quite a fighter and Im sure the staff have some marks to show that. You have always been wonderful with him and us. Thank you for your understanding and kindness the flowers this morning were a lovely touch
I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with all treatment and especially advice given regarding my elderly dog, from this veterinary practice. I transfered the medical care of my dog to Northdale about a year ago after losing faith in my previous vets. Northdale staff (vets, nurses) act totally in the animals best interest, give the owner time to discuss any medical issues and provide good advice centred around the welfare of the animal. Thank-you.
This is a great vet surgery. The staff, from reception through to the vets themselves, are warm and caring - it really shows that they are all about the patients. They also do a brilliant Pet Health Club - for a really small amount each month, you get all your flea and working treatments, checkups, nail clippings and loads more, which saves a lot on getting the treatments individually. Really strongly recommended!
Wonderful local vets, really caring and professional staff. I took my gerbil, Klaus in as he'd developed a wound on his tum. They saw me the very day I called. Reception staff were actively interested in all the visitors, and put me and Klaus at ease! Richard, the vet was excellent - experienced, gentle, and wonderfully empathic when sadly delivering bad news. Klaus is still with me for now, and comfortable in his twilight years thanks to all at Northdale.
