One of my best customer service experiences in years!Took our pups to the Goring shop to get them fitted with Perfect Fit harnesses. Unfortunately, they didnt have the size required in store. The shop ordered them in, keeping me fully informed on delivery at all times. The Rob delivered to our house at a prearranged time, with multiple harnesses in hand and over the course of 45 minutes befriended both puppies and fitted their harnesses. You dont get that with an online order! Will continue to support the store and the new one in Ferring when it opens next month.Thank you Rob
