Staff here are always very friendly. They always say hello on arrival and are keen to help. A pleasure to shop there. They also have the items i want in stock.
Always friendly and helpful. Some items I think are a little bit expensive compared to some other pet shops. I wish they would sell vivariums again, but putting that aside I can still get equipment for my snakes at a good affordable price and they do a very good reliable delivery service.
