Nice food
Been going here for years. The food is ok, however today due to a 'new system' they tried to charge us over 3 for 'delivery' today. First time in 11 years. Explained this. No budging from the lady on the phone. No way. We tolerated now always charging 2 for prawn crackers which always use to be free.Well done you've lost a bi weekly customer that always spent 20-30 minimum.
Absolutely appauld by there customer service food was shambolic rang and asked for an immediate return of the food. As it was so poorly cooked some was inedible due to the severe dryness of it. Was then asked to come in and drop the food if i wanted a refund or wait 1hour and a half for it to be returned absolutely suggest you avoid this place
The best chinese with great delivery drivers in west sussex
We live down the road from Fortune Inn and are regulars, excellent food and very good service. Always deliver the food earlier than they say it'll take. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a Chinese takeaway! :)
