Lovely burgers, great shakes and friendly staff
Quick and awesome food.
So, where do I begin? My girlfriend placed her order at 7:54pm the just eat app said delivery time would be 8:25pm it is now 8:57pm so I called them up and they said one of their drivers had it and should be with us shortly. However the driver called us and said please can you open the door which I did but nobody was there. We called him up to explain hes clearly at the wrong house and then decided to hang up rather than telling us where he was or how long it would be. Still leaving us without our meal. Thank you so much uncle sams for your fantastic customer service! Ughh
Would give 0 stars if possible. Food missing from order, yet again. Rang given some bull about it being just eats fault not theirs. Given terrible customer service no manager there to rectify the issue. Told theyll give the items they missed which should have come anyway. When asked if we could have some extra bits due to the error get told they arent allowed to do that. Food we did have was horrible. Will never be going back to uncle sans. Missing food I can deal with but the utter rudeness of the children working there is unacceptable. Poorly managed. Horrible food. Horrible staff.
I fancied an Uncle Sams after a 10 hour shift last night - drove about 15 minutes to get there as just happened to be working in the area. It was about 10:30pm I went to open the door only to find out they had locked the door. All the lights were on as if they were open. They close at 11pm so I thought we had plenty of time to get in a order. I had parked outside and decided to find their number online and call them. I was waiting to see if anyone would come to the counter. After about 3 minutes of ringing a guy finally answered the phone but I could not see him. I asked if they were still open and he went NO and put the phone down. Never had a bad experience with any of the Uncle Sams in Brighton I wonder what was up with the one in Worthing. Wont be going there again thats for sure. Reckon these guys could be up to no good in the office if you know what I mean
