Lovely flavoursome chinese food ..always freshly cooked, arrives in good time , always piping hot ,.and staff always polite and friendly . .cant fault it

Ordered from here today and encountered a number of issues. After taking my food home, I discovered that it was not my order, even though there was no one in the shop when I ordered to get it mixed up with.Upon returning to the shop, the woman behind the counter rudely blamed me for the man behind the till getting the order wrong. (He had read out the correct order when I took the food, but the food in the bag did not match hence my return.)After returning, they redone my order but I questioned why I didn't have 2 of each item as, I ordered, then they claimed that I only paid for one of a certain item.I asked for another tub but they said it would be 10minutes which was not acceptable as the rest of the order was already lukewarm.Once I got home, the food was very poor. Incredibly salty, bland and cold. My family have used this takeaway for over 10 years and as the years have gone in it has got progressively worse to the point where we will never be returning again.Overall, I wish I didn't bother ordering anything at all. Complete waste of time and effort.

Very nice foods , tasty and price is good..service is good friendly staffs., very fresh., chicken satay, char Siew .,yummy

Ordered food at 18.05, they said it will be 5 minutes which seemed a bit quick so headed down straight away. 18.07 the food was sat on the counter. Rice tasted like it was about a week old, beef in black bean sauce was flavourless and the meat was so chewy it was actually unpleasant, satay chicken was cold and to top it off we found a lovely dark hair! Yuck yuck yuck

Ordered from here for the first time on Tuesday and will never order again. The food arrived in 13 minutes of ordering which made me question on how fresh the food was and whether it was cooked or reheated! The food was greasy and did have a rubbery texture which made my earlier questioning even more evident. I spent 40 on food which only 20% was edible, the sweet and sour sauce that was with the appetisers was of fridge cold temperature so that was avoided. The food of which was eaten appeared 15-30 minutes later on the toilet (sorry if too much information but being honest) by 3 of the 5 that ate the food.In future I will be making sure I go to my first choice of takeaway on their open days and wont be risking wasting 40 inedible food!
