Brilliant food and excellent service. The staff are great and they are very efficient. My favourite place to get curry and one of my favourite restaurants all round.
Took my parents here for the first time! The weather was wet and foul! My parents are 84 years old! The waiting staff watched as my mother struggled to open the front door! I was helping my father! Not a good first impression! We were pointed to our table our coats soaked! They watched as we took off our coats! We had to hang wet coats on the back of our chairs! We were given no help whatsoever! They literally stood doing nothing watching us! Not a good second impression! At this point I very nearly walked out! I appeased my parents and we ordered the meal!The food was very good but as I have said it's not just about that! Such a shame!

Ive eaten in many Indian restaurants over the years and not many even come close to Shafiques. Wonderful food, friendly and attentive staff, reasonable prices. Give it a try and youll be impressed. Many businesses come and go but the fact Shafiques have been going for over 30 years speaks volumes.
